Hi, I’m Stephanie.

An MBET (Mindfulness-based Experiential Therapy) Psychotherapist, currently based in London.

I have worked with a range of clients, from private clients to a further educational setting and foster care homes, dealing with a range of issues, from feelings of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, to self-harm, bereavement and low self-esteem.

 

The approach.

 

I am here to help ease any struggles being experienced and to shine a light on what may currently only appear to be darkness. 

If you notice that you are struggling, avoiding how you feel, becoming overwhelmed (dysregulated) or feeling out of control or unable to function properly, therapy sessions will definitely help you with this. In our sessions, we will work together within a safe, trusting and non-judgmental space. There will be a focus on body awareness, and we will gradually and compassionately cultivate a new relationship to self that is more accepting, nurturing and attentive. As a result, a way of being can emerge, inside and outside of sessions, that is more at ease, regulated and more able to cope (psychologically flexible) in the face of whatever life brings.
